Opening GM of a new concept launched by Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill Management and Maxim Magazine. Played an integral role in
the opening process, including hiring, training, SOP and menu development in a 110 room boutique hotel in downtown Atlanta. Oversaw
daily operations, purchasing, menu development, inventory, sanitation, seasonal promotions, scheduling and food/labor costs for a 100
seat restaurant that was open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service with a staff of 50. Directed weekly
management meetings and conducted monthly staff meetings. Created a solid working relationship between FOH and BOH resulting in an
overall increase in productivity, customer service and staff longevity
