Ms. Lesley Carey has over 18 years of development, renovation and general management experience with luxury boutique hotels and resorts both in the U.S. and internationally. Ms. Carey attended Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature.
Ms. Carey has helped create, design and manage some of the top boutique hotels in the world. She managed the Argyle hotel’s full renovation and rebranding. The Argyle experienced an approximate doubling of the ADR during her tenure. She then managed the renovation and rebranding at the Orlando Hotel in Los Angeles (a luxury boutique hotel blocks away from the Beverly Center), and then the Lodge at Rancho Mirage (formerly The Ritz Carlton) in the Palm Springs area. At both hotels she assumed full general management responsibility before and after the renovation. Through Ms. Carey’s efforts there was a significant increase in ADR at both hotels. Ms. Carey also was responsible for the concept design and project management for SILQ, a luxury boutique hotel currently operating in Bangkok, Thailand. Ms. Carey has developed (2) Hotel & Resort Management Companies – Palmer Hospitality Group and Cicero Hospitality Group which successfully operated domestically and internationally ​
Yana Valkov is an accomplished hospitality Executive with 25 years of diverse multi-unit operational experience at hotels, resorts, and prestigious private clubs. She has extensive opening experience and project management leadership skills and is dedicated to superior guest service and fiscally responsible operations.
Yana has had the privilege to work for some of the world re-known Resorts in Florida –Fountainebleau Hilton, Sheraton Bal Harbour, Sonesta Key Biscayne, Fairmont Hotel where she has lead teams that catered to numerous Royalties, high ranking politicians and celebrities. She has held positions as Food and Beverage Director, Director of operations, Corporate Director of Operations and Director of Global Supply Chain and Project Management. She has the corporate training and work ethics and luxurious brand service level experience. Her core competencies are Project Management of new Openings; Procurement and Supply Management; Renovation & Rebranding Projects; Concept Development and cost control. She has spent the last 15 years fully invested in bringing her experience and knowledge on a whole other level. She has managed new construction, remodeling and re-branding projects with excess of $ 45M and operational budget in excess of $ 50M. ​
Tim Temoff has over 20 years of experience in Facilities Management and Engineering. Tim started his career in commercial manufacturing and fabrication management of millwork and medical implant facilities.
Tim holds international certification in ASME, ANSI, ISO & GD&T. He is also licensed with Computer Numeric Control equipment and CAD. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Croatian and Bulgarian. He has extensive experience in construction and remodeling projects both commercial and residential. Tim is in depth familiar with the aches and pains of bringing a remodel and new construction projects to the finish line. Tim’s knowledge and experience come instrumental in Security, AV and IT Departments as well as Facilities’ Management. He also has experience with the Historic Preservation as most recent project was one of the Historic Landmarks in Miami Beach. ​

Throughout his impeccable career, Louis Spetrini has opened nine restaurants and nightclubs, including renowned Atlanta Landmark, Velvet Nightclub and well-known Lounge Maxim Prime, managed multiple four-star fine dining restaurants, directly involved in consulting a start-up company led by world renowned restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow as well as unique experiences as the owner of one of Atlanta’s most innovative nightclubs of the 90’s and a popular Midtown eatery. In addition, Mr. Spetrini has consulted for many high profile restaurant openings including three in South Florida in 2013, including conceptually creating and launching the 23,000 sq. ft. Trio on the B ay in Miami Beach. In 2014, he opened and managed Sea Salt in downtown St. Petersburg’s prestigious SunDial. In 2015, he consulted on the Rowdies Den revamp and menu for The Edwards Group. In July 2015, Mr. Spetrini opened Cocina Aqui Southwest Restaurant and Tequila Bar in Redington Shores former Lobster Pot location. Mr. Spetrini has recently opened two brick and mortar locations of Nueva Cantina as well as a food truck and a line of retail hot sauces . ​
